«English for Food Engineering – A Reading Comprehension Approach» is an easy-to-follow set of lessons specially designed to introduce students into the world of reading through lots of reading tasks as well as grammar and vocabulary exercises related to their discipline. Each reading is followed by a reading comprehension task, as well as vocabulary building activities such as completing sentences, crossword puzzles, matches, word searches and so on. There is also a glossary with definitions for each reading in the appendix.
